Form Profile:

The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency requires that airlines and ocean shipping companies document the discharge of alien crewmembers. Customs In-bond Warning Label

PURPOSE AND USE

Form Profile:

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) requires that merchandise moving in-bond within the Customs Territory of the United States be prominently labeled to indicate in-bond status. This label indicates that the merchandise is under bond and must be delivered intact and untampered to the CBP officer in charge at the port of destination for entry processing.
