Levels of Instruction are available for the EAR course –
select the one which
addresses the training your employees require!
KNOWLEDGE
LEVEL:
Each
knowledge level course includes an average of 11 in depth Scenarios per
each of
the eleven Lessons, and an average of 5 Case Studies per each Lesson. This level is appropriate
for managers and
key departmental employees.
AWARENESS
LEVEL:
Awareness
Level courses are identical to the Knowledge Level courses, except they
contain
only 1 Scenario per each Lesson, and 1 Case Study.
This level is appropriate for all other
employees, especially new employees.
