Export and Import File Folders

Export File Folder

The Export File Folder is perfect for keeping track of documentation and other information crucial to a successful export shipment. The letter size full-cut tab, heavy duty manila folder is preprinted both inside and out with labeled blocks to record regulatory, transportation and business information related to the export shipment. You will have a complete record of important information about the variety of details that must be attended to before your goods are ready to leave port as well as costs and correspondence associated with the actual shipment.

The front of the folder is printed with the relevant data elements which are used for filing the required export information via the Automated Export System (AES). This provides a convenient summary of all data that needs to be collected and then conveyed to the U.S. Government for the export of merchandise. On the back is a printed representation of a collection letter, permitting an easy check-off and summary of documents and information needed to undertake a documentary collection or letter of credit as a form of payment. Inside the folder, you will find a communication log, forwarding charges fields, and shipment history area providing a concise and compact communication trail that everyone involved in the shipment can follow.

Import File Folder

The pre-printed Entry Summary (CF7501) format on the face of this folder provides important information at a glance for preparing the customs entry! Billing information can be recorded on the back of the folder. Billing procedures can therefore be handled more quickly. You'll save time and cut down on costly errors by using the re-forwarding and communications formats printed on the inside of the folder.

The Import File Folder is a full-cut tab, letter-size manila folder.

Customs Broker File Folder

Unz & Co. has specially designed this convenient folder for use by Customs Brokers and Import professionals. It may be used as a summary of customs information, customer or delivery transactions and as storage for your import documents. After polling dozens of Customs Brokers, we've included the information fields for preparing the customs entry right on the front cover. Inside, we've printed a communications log for you to record all contacts with customs, carriers, and customers. A representation of a standard Customs Broker Invoice complete with charge categories, rounds out this handy file folder.

Pre-formatted information is printed in red. The folders are letter-size manila stock with full-cut tabs.
