IATA Shipper’s Declaration For Dangerous Goods 

PURPOSE AND USE

Form Profile:

The International Air Transport Association (IATA) requires that all shipments tendered to air carriers and air freight forwarders classed by regulation as dangerous goods be accompanied by the IATA Shipper’s Declaration for Dangerous Goods. The shipper is responsible for correct and accurate completion of the form per IATA requirements and to ensure that all requirements have been met including packaging, marking, and required information related to the product being tendered.

IMO Multimodal Dangerous Goods Form

PURPOSE AND USE

Form Profile:

Amendment 29-98 of the IMDG Code requires the use of the IMO Multimodal Dangerous Goods Form. It is designed as a combined transport document and container packaging certificate for the multimodal transport of dangerous goods. This declaration meets the requirements of SOLAS 74, Ch. 7, Reg. 5, ; MARPOL 73/78 Annex 3, Reg. 4 and IMDG Code Section 9.

IATA Shipper’s Certificate Of Articles Not Restricted

PURPOSE AND USE

Form Profile:

This form is required for articles and materials tendered for air shipment to an air carrier or forwarder which are not classed as dangerous or hazardous by regulation. This form is a certification by the shipper that the shipment is not hazardous and is acceptable for air transport.
