Invoice is the document which describes the transaction. The
information on
this document is the basis for all other export documents. It also
serves as
the billing instrument for the goods from seller to buyer AND

the primary document used by customs services world wide for commodity valuation for

Commercial
Export Combination PURPOSE AND USE This eight-part combination
form set acts as a general passport for your exported goods. It
provides three
Commercial Invoices, one Certificate of Acknowledgement, two Packing
Lists,
and two Certificates of Origin.

and Declaration of Value (Nigeria) PURPOSE AND USE Form Profile: Form C-16 Amended is required for shipments to Nigeria. The Commercial Invoice information must be in the official format, and must be signed by the manufacturer, supplier, or exporter. No more than six harmonized tariff items may be listed on one invoice. Both the F.O.B. and C and F values must be entered for each invoice.
