The forms are bilingual,
printed in English and Spanish. The commercial invoice is the Mexican

Unidek is our
combination form for shipments to Canada.
It contains extra copies
of the U.S. Shippers Export Declaration and Canada Customs Invoice in
the form
set. The SED portion of this form set is no longer accepted by
the U.S. Government for the purpose of reporting export information.
Use of the Automated Export System (AES) is mandatory.
However, this form set may be used internally by a exporter for
relaying information to its forwarder or other administrative purposes.
