Purpose and Use:
Canadek is one of our exclusive combination form sets. All of the required forms for a NAFTA shipment to Canada are included. Enter information and all of the forms in the set are completed and ready for use. Each Canadek consists of a master sheet on the top of the set, NAFTA Certificates of Origin, and Canada Customs Invoices. The forms are printed in the English/French bilingual format required by the Canadian government.

Instructions for preparing MEXIDEK

Purpose and Use:
Mexidek is our exclusive combination form set for shipments to Mexico. All of the required forms for a NAFTA shipment to Mexico are included. Enter the information on the form and all of the other forms in the set are completed and ready for use including a master sheet on the top of the set, NAFTA Certificates of Origin, and the required Mexican Commercial Invoice. All of these forms are completed in a single typing!
The forms are bilingual, printed in English and Spanish. The commercial invoice is the Mexican Factura Comercial containing all of the information required by Article 88 of the Customs Regulations of Mexico.

Instructions for preparing UNIDEK

Purpose and Use:
The Unidek is our combination form for shipments to Canada. It contains extra copies of the U.S. Shippers Export Declaration and Canada Customs Invoice in the form set. The SED portion of this form set is no longer accepted by the U.S. Government for the purpose of reporting export information. Use of the Automated Export System (AES) is mandatory. However, this form set may be used internally by a exporter for relaying information to its forwarder or other administrative purposes.
