and knowledgeable, Ms. Austin provides insider techniques on how to

encounter on a regular basis. She possesses in-depth knowledge of
the letter of credit process, UCP, ISBP, and Incoterms 2000 which she
uses to enlighten importers, exporters and members of the banking
community on the finer points of international trade and finance.
Joseph W. Chope
is President of JEBKO, and is an international management executive with
forty years of experience in foreign trade and professional development.
He has held a wide variety of positions in international trade and finance.
Alan N. Gaudio
is a licensed U.S. CHB
and has been in international trade and logistics for over 25 years. He
has extensive experience in global logistics operations and compliance
management systems.
Dan Gluck
is a partner in Serko & Simon LLP, Customs & International Trade
Law firm. Mr. Gluck has served as Customs Attorney-Advisor drafting rulings
on a wide range of trade issue. He has written articles for Customs and
International Trade publications.
Robert P. Imbriani
is a licensed U.S. CHB and VP of International Operations at TeamWorldWide.
He is a well-know speaker and educator in logistics solutions, international
trade compliance issues and financial services. He is an adjunct professor
at Baruch College and Pace University of International Trade.
William Julich
is President of Delmar Int'l with office in the U.S. and Canada. He is
a U.S. licensed CHB and president of the JFK Brokers Association. He is
a member of the NCBFAA and sits on a U.S. Customs panel on nationwide
broker compliance.
Carle LaCouture
is a veteran of the chemical industry, with 25 years of experience in
Dangerous Goods Transportation Regulations. He is past Chairman of the
Board of Directors of the Hazardous Materials Advisory Council and a recipient
of HMAC's George L. Wilson Award.
Robert Phaneuf
has been in every aspect of international trade for over 30 years as past
Manager of Regulatory Compliance for Union Carbide Corp. He is a member
of DOC Export Council and the NCITD.
Janis Seal
is a Management Consultant on international trade and licensed U.S. CHB.
She has worked for the U.S. Customs Service in various regulatory enforcement
and management positions.
Joseph Zodl
is a licensed U.S. CHB and has over 25 years experience in international
logistics. He is published author and teaches international trade at the
University of Phoenix and at Maricopa County Community Colleges in Phoenix
Joseph Zuppardo
Mr. Zuppardo brings over 25 years of import/export
compliance expertise and international logistics experience. During his career
at Honeywell International, Inc., he held the positions of both Export and
Import Compliance Officer. He has responsibility for ITAR compliance and
licensing activities for Honeywell’s primary business divisions. He is a
Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M.) and holds a Bachelor of Science and a
Master of Arts degree in Management
